Return and exchange policy:

The customer has the full right to open the order and check the size, and experience in the presence of the representative, in case of refunding the order for any reason, please pay the shipping expenses.

We apologize for not returning or replacing any piece after leaving the delegate.

Dry Clean washing method only for all models because most of our models have Handmade work

We make sure to pay the shipping expenses in case of non-receipt

العميله ليها كامل الحق في فتح الاوردر و التأكد من المقاس ، و تجربه في حضور المندوب ، في حاله استرجاع الاوردر لاي سبب يرجي دفع مصاريف الشحن

بنعتذر عن عدم استرجاع او استبدال اي قطعه بعد مغادره المندوب

 طريقه الغسيل Dry Clean فقط لجميع الموديلات لان معظم موديلاتنا تحتوي علي شغل Handmade 

بنأكد علي دفع مصاريف الشحن في حاله عدم الاستلام
